About the role
Lead end-to-end payroll for a growing workforce ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Serve as the payroll expert collaborating with HR, Finance, and Recruitment.
What you’ll do
• Manage and process full-cycle payroll for all employees. • Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and final pay. • Administer statutory deductions and file remittances. • Reconcile payroll registers and bank transfers. • Lead payroll staff and resolve escalated issues.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years payroll experience with 3-5 years in senior role. • CPP, FPC, or equivalent certification preferred. • Expert knowledge of payroll tax and labor regulations. • Proficiency with payroll and HRIS platforms. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization for Philippines.
