About the role
Lead design for practice management software used by clinics and doctors. Set design direction and improve user experience to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Talk to doctors, clinic owners and staff regularly. • Identify and solve user journey bottlenecks. • Balance user and business needs in complex areas. • Use AI tools for design and prototyping. • Lead design direction and coach other designers.
What you’ll bring
• Strong UI, UX and visual design skills. • Proficient in HTML and CSS basics. • Experience with product metrics and A/B testing. • Lead-level experience shaping design direction. • Proficient English and work authorization for Poland.
