About the role
Lead Professional Learning Specialist facilitates professional learning for educators and coaches a cohort of specialists to ensure quality STEM program implementation.
What you’ll do
• Deliver remote and onsite professional development. • Coach and develop a cohort of 30-40 specialists. • Manage session logistics and deliverables. • Participate in certification and ongoing learning. • Share insights with internal teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years PreK–12 teaching experience. • 2 years coaching educators in PreK–12 settings. • Strong adult learning theory knowledge. • Deep STEM instructional best practices knowledge. • Work authorization for United States.
