About the role
Lead the quantity surveying, commercial, and cost assurance function on a major Oil & Gas project in Nigeria. Manage and mentor the quantity surveying team and oversee cost control and contract assurance activities.
What you’ll do
• Lead and supervise Quantity Surveying and Cost Assurance team. • Review and quality-control valuations and cost reports. • Assess and verify contractor claims and variations. • Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts. • Prepare assurance reports and manage commercial risks.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. • Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience. • Professional registration such as MRICS, FRICS, NIQS, or equivalent. • Experience leading multi-person quantity surveying teams. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
