About the role
Lead and supervise the Quantity Surveying and Cost Assurance team to ensure accurate cost management and contract compliance on major projects. Provide professional guidance, review valuations, assess claims, and support financial monitoring and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor Quantity Surveying and Cost Assurance team. • Review valuations, cost reports, and variation assessments. • Assess contractor claims and support commercial negotiations. • Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts. • Prepare assurance reports and manage commercial risks.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. • Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience. • Professional registration such as MRICS, FRICS, NIQS, or equivalent. • Experience leading multi-person quantity surveying teams. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
