About the role
Lead the refill pharmacy technician team supporting patients and technicians in a fertility pharmacy. Ensure timely, accurate refill support and improve team efficiency and quality.
What you’ll do
• Support refill calls and online refill requests. • Coach and guide pharmacy technicians. • Reinforce SOPs and HIPAA compliance. • Monitor productivity and quality. • Assist with onboarding and training.
What you’ll bring
• State pharmacy technician license required. • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification. • High school diploma or GED. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Work authorization for United States.
