About the role
Lead technical execution of a Salesforce delivery pod supporting Sales, Service, and Configuration workstreams. Ensure high-quality delivery through agile practices and strong technical documentation.
What you’ll do
• Lead and coordinate technical aspects of Salesforce pod. • Provide senior hands-on technical leadership. • Translate business requirements into Salesforce designs. • Guide developers on solution approach and platform standards. • Support CI/CD and release management activities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 7-10 years Salesforce platform experience. • Experience leading agile/scrum technical execution. • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs. • Work authorization for United States.
