About the role
Lead and develop a team delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for Cloudbeds' customers in Thailand. Drive onboarding strategy, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor SMB Onboarding Coaches and specialists. • Drive team performance and customer satisfaction metrics. • Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve processes. • Support complex customer engagements and escalations. • Travel to customer sites as needed for support.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years hospitality management experience. • 2+ years in onboarding or operational leadership. • Authorized to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Experience with hospitality technology solutions preferred.
