About the role
Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs for new and emerging leaders at Affirm. Create engaging learning experiences to build leadership skills and confidence in a remote-first environment.
What you’ll do
• Own new-leader experience and improve leadership programs. • Build learning journeys for key leadership transitions. • Design scalable, engaging leadership experiences. • Create peer learning communities for new leaders. • Partner with People team to connect leadership development with growth.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent advanced degree. • Experience designing leadership programs for new leaders. • Strong learning and experience design skills. • Ability to use data and feedback to improve programs. • Work authorization for United States, no visa sponsorship.
