About the role
Coordinate and deliver training programmes, develop learning content, and support business development for the Academy's programmes.

• Coordinate planning and delivery of training programmes. • Support design and review of learning content. • Conduct training needs assessments. • Manage logistics and participant registration. • Implement quality assurance and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 4 years experience in Learning & Development. • Competence in training design and facilitation. • Experience in client-facing and business development roles. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Professional HR or L&D certification is a plus.
