About the role
Support planning, coordination, administration, and evaluation of training and competency development programmes. Ensure effective training delivery, accurate records, compliance reporting, and cost efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Support preparation and administration of annual training plans. • Manage mandatory e-learning and compliance training reports. • Evaluate training programmes and prepare management reports. • Administer LiZZY learning platform and provide user support. • Coordinate training logistics, registrations, and delivery.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum five years relevant work experience. • HND or Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. • Experience in training administration and vendor coordination. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. • Strong documentation, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
