About the role
Lead Skillsoft’s solution go-to-market strategy by designing and influencing customer learning solutions. Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, commercially viable, and instructionally sound solutions.
What you’ll do
• Engage complex buying committees with structured methodology. • Build executive-level business cases and value narratives. • Design end-to-end solutions including platform and services. • Act as SME on HR tech ecosystem and data considerations. • Provide consulting on adult learning and transformation strategies.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in enterprise solution consulting or platform sales. • Ability to build executive business cases and influence stakeholders. • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. • Fluency in German and English. • Work authorization for Germany.
