About the role
The Legal Billing Specialist manages high-volume billing workflows for a corporate law firm, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role supports billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions remotely.
What you’ll do
• Execute billing and invoicing accurately and on time. • Process insurance defense billing with carrier compliance. • Handle corporate and transactional billing requests. • Support accounts receivable tracking and payment monitoring. • Manage accounts payable expense requests and coding.
What you’ll bring
• Proven legal billing experience required. • Familiarity with insurance defense billing preferred. • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills. • Proficient in Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. • Work authorization for Philippines remote role.
