About the role
Provide legal advice on EU/EEA privacy and data protection matters across Nielsen’s operations. Manage complex privacy workstreams and support the European privacy program.
What you’ll do
• Advise on GDPR and related European data protection laws. • Draft and negotiate data protection agreements and exhibits. • Support sales and business teams on privacy aspects. • Conduct privacy impact and risk assessments. • Communicate with data protection authorities and support compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Law degree and UK legal qualification required. • Deep knowledge of GDPR and European privacy laws. • Experience with DPIAs, transfer impact assessments. • Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills. • Work authorization for the UK.
