About the role
Provide legal support and advisory services to ensure compliance and manage legal risks. Handle contracts, disputes, and regulatory matters in transportation and logistics.
What you’ll do
• Provide legal advice to management and departments. • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements. • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. • Handle legal disputes and liaise with external legal entities. • Support litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B). • Barrister-at-Law (B.L) and called to Nigerian Bar. • 3-5 years post-call legal experience. • Knowledge of commercial, corporate, labour, and transport law. • Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
