About the role
Provide legal support and advisory services to the organisation. Ensure legal compliance and manage contractual obligations.
What you’ll do
• Maintain legal records and corporate documents. • Handle legal matters related to traffic accidents and insurance claims. • Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents. • Liaise with external solicitors and regulatory authorities. • Advise management on corporate governance and regulatory obligations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B). • Called to Nigerian Bar with valid practising status. • 3–5 years post-call legal experience. • Knowledge of commercial, corporate, labour, and transport law. • Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
