About the role
Manage legal intake and operations for a lean AI-native legal team supporting multiple business units. Build automations and AI workflows to streamline routine legal tasks and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
What you’ll do
• Run legal intake and triage 10+ requests daily. • Manage public-sector deal paperwork and customer/vendor setup. • Own corporate insurance and renewal timelines. • Maintain corporate compliance calendar and filings. • Build and manage legal tech stack and AI workflows.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years paralegal or legal operations experience. • Experience with CLM or matter-management systems. • Track record managing insurance certificates and filings. • Fluency with AI tools and automation workflows. • Work authorization for United States.
