About the role
Manage key private-label lending partner relationships and drive growth across Figure platforms. Translate data into recommendations and support partner initiatives and integrations.
What you’ll do
• Manage relationships with private-label lending partners. • Track and interpret performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Lead QBRs and partner discussions. • Support escalations and coordinate resolutions.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in customer success or account management. • High technical aptitude and mortgage workflow knowledge. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Solutions-oriented with data translation ability. • Ability to travel up to 15%.
