About the role
Lead and support call center communicators in delivering patient education and care navigation for liver disease therapeutics. Ensure quality, compliance, and effective communication throughout the patient treatment journey.
What you’ll do
• Provide intermediary service between management and call center staff. • Update training materials and conduct trainings. • Investigate inquiries and handle escalations. • Assist with call monitoring and feedback. • Maintain quality and compliance standards.
What you’ll bring
• Current U.S. healthcare professional license: R.N. • 2+ years leadership or training in call center operations preferred. • 3+ years experience in Gastroenterology or Hepatology preferred. • Excellent communication and computer skills. • Work authorization for United States.
