About the role
Lead customer lifecycle programs to improve adoption, retention, lifetime value, and revenue. Manage segmentation, marketing automation, integrations, and campaign infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Develop multichannel lifecycle marketing programs. • Build and optimize automated customer journeys. • Translate data into targeted audiences and personalization. • Support marketing platform integrations and operations. • Lead campaign testing, measurement, and team management.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years lifecycle marketing or CRM experience. • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization for the U.S.
