About the role
The Litigation and Risk Paralegal will investigate and respond to escalated pre-litigation disputes and regulatory inquiries. This fully remote role supports litigation and intellectual property matters within Angi's Legal Department.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and respond to escalated consumer complaints. • Draft and manage templates for dispute letters. • Develop processes for managing escalated disputes. • Maintain electronic records of disputes and litigation. • Assist with fact investigation for ongoing litigation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification. • 7+ years litigation or dispute resolution experience. • Knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures. • Ability to handle confidential data discreetly. • Work authorization for USA.
