About the role
Support administration and effective use of learning management systems for a federal healthcare training program. Maintain course availability, learner access, and training records remotely.
What you’ll do
• Administer Government-approved learning management systems daily. • Configure course catalogs, learning paths, and completion requirements. • Coordinate learner enrollment and role-based access. • Upload, test, and publish approved training content. • Troubleshoot access and course completion issues.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years supporting learning management systems. • Experience with course catalogs and training records. • Knowledge of SCORM and digital learning troubleshooting. • Ability to obtain Government system access and background clearance.
