About the role
Engineer responsible for dynamics analysis and testing of Starlink satellites during transport, launch, and orbit. Develops software tools and performs test planning and data processing.
What you’ll do
• Resolve dynamics problems through analysis and test. • Execute dynamic testing including sensor selection and data analysis. • Build finite element models. • Perform analyses using commercial and in-house codes. • Conduct satellite brightness, stress, and fatigue analyses.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in physics, math, or engineering. • 1+ years professional experience with dynamics. • Experience with vibration and shock testing. • Knowledge of NASTRAN and finite element modeling. • U.S. work authorization per ITAR requirements.
