About the role
Support SBA Office of Credit Risk Management by reviewing loan files for compliance and risk. Analyze documentation and prepare detailed reports on findings.
What you’ll do
• Review 7(a) and 504 loan files for compliance. • Analyze loan documentation and identify deficiencies. • Document findings in work papers and reports. • Communicate with SBA lenders to clarify issues. • Use secure systems to manage reviews and reports.
What you’ll bring
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to maintain federal Public Trust. • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. • 4+ years experience with SBA 7(a) or 504 loans. • Knowledge of SBA loan program requirements and SOPs. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
