About the role
Internship to learn M&A on the buyer side through real transactions from initial contact to closing. Work full-time for 3 to 6 months in the Finance team with management.
What you’ll do
• Build longlists and shortlists of potential targets. • Analyze teasers and initial documents. • Create valuations using multiples and earnings value. • Coordinate data rooms and question lists. • Prepare presentations and negotiation documents.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced Bachelor or Master in economics or related field. • Basic knowledge of M&A, finance or consulting is a plus. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. • Fluent German for negotiation documents. • Work authorization for Germany.
