About the role
Design and build production ML systems powering personalized recommendations, search, and advertising at Reddit. Work on large-scale ML pipelines and AI-driven experiences to improve user engagement and business outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Design and deploy production-grade ML models and systems. • Own full ML lifecycle from problem to deployment. • Build scalable data and model pipelines. • Work with large-scale datasets for ranking and optimization. • Partner cross-functionally to translate problems into ML solutions.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5+ years building and operating ML systems. • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go. • Strong ML fundamentals and experience with ML frameworks. • Experience designing scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure. • Work authorization for Canada or remote work.
