What you’ll do
• Define technical vision and long-term roadmap for Feed Retrieval. • Translate Feed Relevance goals into focused team roadmap. • Coach and develop team members. • Oversee design and optimization of retrieval systems. • Establish measurement and experimentation practices.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years leading ML or recommender-systems teams. • Experience with large-scale production ML systems. • Strong knowledge of recommender and retrieval systems. • Ability to develop and communicate technical strategy. • Work authorization for USA.
