About the role
Lead Maintenance, Engineering, and Technical functions to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement at the Michigan City Catalyst Plant.
What you’ll do
• Lead and mentor Maintenance, Engineering, and Technical teams. • Support plant capital plan and project leadership. • Drive process capability and reliability improvements. • Manage budgets and maintenance programs. • Participate in leadership team and audits.
What you’ll bring
• Legal authorization to work in the US full-time. • Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering or related field. • 5+ years in chemical manufacturing leadership. • Knowledge of maintenance and reliability practices. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
