About the role
Oversee plant maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Support efficient production through effective maintenance management.
What you’ll do
• Monitor energy, fuel and water consumption. • Maintain plant breakdown levels below 5%. • Train and develop maintenance technicians. • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
What you’ll bring
• 6 years relevant plant or industrial maintenance experience. • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and industrial equipment. • Understanding of energy management and utility cost control. • Bachelor's or HND in Engineering or related discipline. • Ability to lead and develop maintenance team.
