About the role
The Manager, Alumni Office plans and implements initiatives to engage alumni and support the University's strategic goals. The role manages alumni communications, events, volunteer and mentorship programs to strengthen alumni relations.
What you’ll do
• Translate strategy into actionable alumni programmes. • Create and plan annual programme of activities. • Increase alumni participation in programmes and events. • Supervise staff and ensure delivery of office objectives. • Monitor budgets and ensure operational efficiency.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline. • Minimum 7 years experience with 3 years managerial. • Experience managing alumni engagement and stakeholder relations. • Strong knowledge of grants management and donor compliance. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
