About the role
Lead SAP BRIM Run Operations ensuring stable, compliant, and high-performing system functionality. Manage a team and drive continuous enhancement of the SAP BRIM landscape.
What you’ll do
• Lead day-to-day SAP Run operations for BRIM functionality. • Oversee incident, defect, problem, and change management. • Manage SLAs and KPIs with service partners. • Lead emergency response and system restoration. • Collaborate with SAP and non-SAP teams for integration.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 8+ years SAP ERP experience, 3+ years leadership preferred. • 3+ years SAP BRIM technical and functional experience. • Experience managing SAP Run/Support operations. • Work authorization for United States.
