About the role
Manage multiple client service accounts or a large national program. Maintain client and vendor relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
What you’ll do
• Perform client renewal and service instruction preparation. • Coordinate pricing and location coding parameters. • Manage client invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up. • Educate clients on loss data and cost drivers. • Act as primary client contact to maintain satisfaction.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • Eight years related experience required. • Strong knowledge of claims management. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
