About the role
Lead a new team to resolve contract and billing issues for Mid-Market and Commercial accounts. Build scalable processes and partner across teams to fix billing errors and improve customer experience.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead a team of 3-4 specialists. • Create repeatable playbook and processes. • Design system of record for billing cases. • Act as escalation point for complex cases. • Partner with cross-functional teams to fix root causes.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in sales ops, deal desk, or billing operations. • 2+ years managing people. • Experience building teams or functions from scratch. • Knowledge of quote-to-contract or billing processes. • Work authorization for US excluding certain metro areas.
