About the role
Manage Salesforce CRM and program enablement for Corporate and Nonprofit Programs. Support workflows, data, training, and operational coordination.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate program and cross-functional meetings. • Maintain SOPs and documentation. • Manage operational handoffs and invoicing support. • Translate program needs into Salesforce requirements. • Provide Salesforce training and user support.
What you’ll bring
• 3-5 years CRM enablement or related experience. • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. • Ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows. • Work authorization for United States.
