About the role
Oversee program research and learning activities for West and Central Africa. Manage monitoring and evaluation field operations for multiple country programs.
What you’ll do
• Plan and coordinate MLE support for sub-region programs. • Support research and learning projects including survey design and data analysis. • Manage vendors and budgets for MLE activities. • Conduct site visits and ensure quality data collection. • Manage country MLE teams and develop capacity.
What you’ll bring
• At least 4 years managing large data collection teams. • 7+ years M&E experience in West and Central Africa. • Master's degree in relevant field. • Fluency in English and French. • Legal authorization to work in Nigeria or Cameroon.
