About the role
Lead and build a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy AI solutions for strategic customers. Set technical standards and develop repeatable playbooks for enterprise AI adoption.
What you’ll do
• Hire and develop a world-class team of Forward Deployed Engineers. • Conduct regular 1:1s and provide technical mentorship. • Oversee customer engagements and resource allocation. • Review architectures and code for production-ready solutions. • Build playbooks and define team OKRs tied to customer success.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in software engineering or technical customer-facing roles. • 2+ years managing engineers in services or post-sales organizations. • Experience building organizations from zero to one. • Comfort working directly with enterprise customers. • Work authorization or visa sponsorship available.
