About the role
Lead and build a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy AI solutions for strategic customers. Set technical standards and operational playbooks for enterprise AI adoption.
What you’ll do
• Hire and develop a high-performing team of Forward Deployed Engineers. • Oversee customer engagements and resource allocation. • Review technical architectures and code for quality. • Build repeatable playbooks and internal knowledge base. • Partner with Product and Engineering to improve products.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years software engineering or technical customer-facing experience. • 2+ years people management in services or FDE roles. • Experience building organizations from zero to one. • Comfort working with enterprise customers on technical implementations. • Work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility.
