About the role
Manage fund administration services including accounting and reporting for private equity and real estate funds. Lead a team of fund accountants and improve workflows to deliver excellent client experiences.
What you’ll do
• Lead strategic decisions on team and operations. • Develop and improve fund administration workflows. • Identify product development opportunities. • Hire, train and manage fund accountants. • Interface with clients to deliver outstanding experience.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years fund accounting experience in private equity or real estate. • 3+ years people management experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. • Work authorization for Canada or USA. • Advanced knowledge of complex accounting and fund structures.
