About the role
Manage relationships with law firms and law schools to grow Vault Law's market presence. Drive participation in surveys and develop new partnerships to support growth.
What you’ll do
• Identify and engage Big Law and midsize firms for Vault survey participation. • Educate firms on Vault survey value and support participation. • Grow survey takers through firms, law schools, and partners. • Open adjacent markets like in-house legal departments and legal service providers. • Represent Vault at legal recruiting events and conferences.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years legal recruiting experience at law firm or search firm. • Deep knowledge of legal recruiting and lateral market. • Strong understanding of Big Law and midsize legal market. • Proven relationship building with law firm recruiting leaders. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Work authorization for United States.
