About the role
Lead a team of Implementation Consultants deploying Samsara’s connected operations platform for enterprise accounts. Improve implementation processes and coach team members to ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption.
What you’ll do
• Manage team performance and KPIs. • Own executive stakeholder relationships. • Lead escalation resolution for high-value accounts. • Partner cross-functionally for seamless handoffs. • Coach consultants on complex implementations.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years managing services teams. • Experience with enterprise SaaS or IoT implementations. • Strong work ethic and emotional intelligence. • Experience managing escalations and executive relationships. • Work authorization for US required.
