About the role
Lead maintenance and operational reliability of mechanical systems at the cement plant. Optimize equipment reliability and enhance plant efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Provide strategic leadership for mechanical maintenance team. • Oversee maintenance of crushers, kilns, mills, conveyors. • Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs. • Analyze equipment data and implement corrective actions. • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 18 years in mechanical maintenance in cement or heavy industry. • Proven managerial experience with team coordination skills. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in cement production. • Knowledge of HSE regulations and maintenance best practices.
