About the role
Lead the Clinical Monitoring function ensuring high-quality, compliant services. Manage staff development, resource planning, and operational delivery across projects.
What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
• College diploma or university degree in relevant field. • 4–6 years clinical research/monitoring experience. • Experience managing CRA or monitoring staff. • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical regulations. • Ability to work in remote, global environment.
