About the role
Manage Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation activities for the Immunization Demand Generation pilot in Nigeria. Lead field operations, data management, analysis, reporting, and learning for the pilot.
What you’ll do
• Co-develop and implement MLE design and plans. • Lead field operations and manage enumerator teams. • Digitize tools and maintain data systems. • Ensure data quality and clean datasets. • Analyze data and produce reports for stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in MLE activities including field operations and data analysis. • Experience with large-scale household and health facility surveys. • Proficiency in digital data collection platforms like SurveyCTO. • Master's degree preferred in Public Health or related field. • Knowledge of Nigeria health data systems and IRB processes.
