About the role
Lead the Network Operations Center team to ensure network availability, performance, and reliability. Focus on uptime, service quality, and customer experience across nationwide infrastructure.
What you’ll do
• Maintain real-time network performance monitoring. • Manage 24/7 service monitoring and fault resolution. • Lead and mentor NOC engineers and interns. • Coordinate incident, problem, and change management. • Prepare network performance and incident reports.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in Network Operations or Service Provider environment. • 3+ years in leadership managing 24/7 NOC team. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. • Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
