About the role
Lead the Data Engineering & Delivery team to develop and maintain data infrastructure and delivery solutions. Support lab operations and genetic counseling teams with robust data products and automation systems.
What you’ll do
• Lead and manage Data Engineering & Delivery team. • Develop and maintain data infrastructure and ETL pipelines. • Translate business needs into technical specifications. • Improve compliance, quality, and efficiency procedures. • Engage with stakeholders to align development roadmaps.
What you’ll bring
• Masters degree in related field; Doctorate a plus. • 5+ years industry experience with Masters, 2+ with Doctorate. • 2+ years in regulated environment (CLIA/FDA). • 2+ years management experience in data engineering or analytics. • Work authorization for USA.
