About the role
Lead the Utilization Management Health Services Team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. Oversee utilization management across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines.
What you’ll do
• Manage and mentor registered nurses and clinical support staff. • Drive quality improvement and operational excellence. • Ensure regulatory compliance and staff training. • Build strategic partnerships with vendors and internal teams. • Present findings and lead problem-solving initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. • Active RN License in Massachusetts required. • Minimum 5 years case/utilization management experience. • Strong knowledge of regulatory and NCQA standards. • Excellent communication and project management skills.
