About the role
Manage a global Operations Program Management team to launch new hardware products from development to mass production. Drive cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence to ensure product success.
What you’ll do
• Lead global OPM team in North America and Asia. • Own end-to-end hardware product manufacturing execution. • Align cross-functional teams including Engineering and Supply Chain. • Manage schedules, budgets, and mitigate risks. • Drive cost reduction and quality standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field. • 7+ years in Operations Program Management or NPI. • 3+ years managing a team of 4+. • Experience launching complex hardware products. • Work authorization for US and willingness to travel up to 20%.
