About the role
Manage subawards from start to finish ensuring compliance with agreements and coordination with technical and operational teams. Serve as focal point for partnerships and sub-awards in the country office.
What you’ll do
• Manage full cycle of subaward activities. • Partner with technical team for assessments and networking. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. • Track grant progress and ensure compliance. • Support training and capacity building for partners.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in Management or related field. • 7+ years grant management and finance experience. • Prior NGO experience preferred. • Strong English and analytical skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
