About the role
Manage subawards from start to finish ensuring compliance with agreements and coordination with teams. Facilitate partner assessments, monitor grant progress, and oversee financial disbursements.

• Manage subawards lifecycle and compliance. • Partner with technical teams for assessments. • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans. • Track grant progress and financial disbursements. • Conduct audits and prepare reports.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in management or related field. • 7+ years grant management and finance experience. • Prior NGO experience preferred. • Strong English and analytical skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
