About the role
Manage subawards from start to finish ensuring compliance with agreements and donor requirements. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to oversee grant management and partner relations.
What you’ll do
• Oversee calls for applications and subaward selection. • Manage subaward compliance and audits. • Support award budget management and financial disbursements. • Conduct pre-award risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. • Track grant progress and administer full subaward cycle.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years grant management and finance experience. • University degree in Management or related field. • Strong analytical and financial skills. • Excellent oral and written English. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
